Do not come into contact with wet cement surfaces or acidic and alkaline substances.

Do not come into contact with organic solvents and the adhesives or paints made from them.

Do not scratch the product surface directly.

The frame should be clean and the joint groove surface should be flat. For the product surface dust and dirt, first wipe them with a soft cloth or sponge dipped in neutral cleaner, and then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

When installing the fixing screws, pre-drilled holes should be made with the diameter of the screws being 1.5 times that of the hole. If the screws are tightened too tightly, it will cause stress.

Method of application

Use neutral glass glue and appropriate padding materials. Do not use PVC materials.

When cutting, use an electric tool (tungsten carbide saw blade); when loading the workpiece, fix it to prevent vibration. Do not tear off the protective film when cutting.

If marking is required before cutting, try to do it on the protective film as much as possible. If it must be marked directly on the board, please use a crayon. Sharp tools should be avoided for marking.

Packaging & Shipping

1.Roll-shaped sheet packaging: The surface is wrapped and sealed with aluminum foil or plastic film, and then bound into a roll with a green packing tape, which serves to prevent moisture, dust and compression. 
2.Packaging of flat sheet materials: Use wooden pallets (or plywood pallets) to ensure stable stacking and prevent the sheet surfaces from being scratched. 

3.Packaging during transportation: During loading, the palletized panels will be fixed in the container or the cargo compartment of a large truck using forklifts. In some cases, ropes or tensioning devices will be used for further reinforcement to prevent displacement and collision during transportation.

4.Polycarbonate processing part product packaging: Kraft paper + cardboard box. Wooden cases are used for packaging.
