Landale New Materials (Shandong) Co.,Ltd. Was established in 2020. The Shengheng Machinery brand under it focuses on the research,development,manufacturing and export of small-scale garden and agricultural machinery. We started from plastic thermoforming and sheet metal forming,so the entire exterior,guards,and structural components of the machines are all produced in-house - no new molds are needed for modifications,and prototyping only takes 7 days.
Four product lines
Small agricultural machinery: Lawn mowers,micro tillers,remote-controlled lawn mowers,furrow and soil cultivation machines,etc.,supporting OEM/ODM,branding and exclusive models
Outdoor structural products: Transparent houses made of PC polycarbonate sheets,greenhouse and sunroom structural components (PC sheet forming + aluminum and steel frame)
PC sheet deep processing and special-shaped parts: Precise engraving,thermoforming,bonding,screen printing,polishing and surface treatment according to customer 3D drawings
Sheet metal structural components and shell customization: Laser cutting,CNC bending,welding and surface treatment
Why choose us?
The outer shell is produced in-house and does not require mold modification - traditional agricultural machinery factories need to open stamping machine molds for each modification,while we can produce samples within a few days. We also accept small batch orders (MOQ 1 unit).
It takes 10 days from drawing to sample,and 20 days for delivery of bulk orders.
CE certification has been completed (mechanical directive MD + EMC + noise directive),and we can provide materials that comply with the requirements of the target market.
Each shipment comes with a parts list and installation instructions,reducing overseas after-sales costs.
We support exclusive regional cooperation and provide exclusive models for distributors to prevent local counterfeiting.
Manufacturing capabilities
The factory area is 2,000 square meters,with 50 employees,of which 10 are dedicated to research and development; Equipped with 5 engraving machines,3 CNC bending machines,2 laser engraving machines,and 2 vacuum forming heat molding machines; The annual production capacity is 5,000 units/sets. The products have been exported to various countries and regions around the world.
